Nice To Meet You

The world is changing, and so are our expectations.

I am a strategic human resources lead with experience in advising businesses on attracting, retaining and engaging employees. I believe that a strong focus on creating a culture where people are empowered to thrive is no longer optional. Now that organizations are confronted with more change than ever before, your people should be your competitive advantage.

That is easier said that done.

In my work with start-ups and corporate organizations, I have seen diverse views on priorities for the people agenda. Quick fixes are not uncommon, and designing a strategy is often postponed to tomorrow. To be successful however, action is required.

No one said it would be easy.

The most successful organizations I have worked with are laser-focused. They have passionate people that are fully motivated to contribute to the organization’s purpose. Research shows that 6 out of 10 people choose, leave, avoid or consider employers based on their values and beliefs1. Purpose should be on your people agenda.

The world is digital, embrace its possibilities.

When it comes to attracting and retaining high in-demand talent with digital skills, HR should be seen as a strategic partner for the business. In my recent discussions with over 100+ human resource specialists, it became clear that skills can be a bridge between rewards and talent management, and between HR and the business.

Become an architect of work and careers.

In my work, I aim to be highly effective in interpersonal communication with strong influencing skills and a committed and personal approach. I have a strategic focus and use a combination of market-leading insights, experience and technology to support organizations to grow by applying a focus on their people.

My expertise areas include:

  • Reward strategy design
  • Structuring the HR function in fast-growing business
  • Skill-based work and reward programs
  • Job architecture and evaluation,
  • Salary management (e.g., benchmarking, variable pay, salary structuring)

How can I help you?
